The OrderYOYO alternative that charges a flat fee, not a cut.
OrderYOYO takes a commission on every order and does not publish the rate. Aexir is a flat monthly fee at published prices, £30 to £50 a month ex VAT, with your own app from £30 and your menu rebuilt for you. The bill stays the same whether you take 200 orders or 2,000. Checked on 15 October 2026.
How OrderYOYO charges, from its own pages.
OrderYOYO has no pricing page. These are the three things to know, from its own site, its filings and Trustpilot, checked on 15 October 2026.
The commission rate
OrderYOYO’s homepage says "the more orders you take, the less commission you pay" and "no charges until you get orders". No percentage, tier or threshold appears anywhere on orderyoyo.com; the rate is only available by asking OrderYOYO.
The invoice
"Weekly commission calculation" and "one simple and transparent weekly invoice", in OrderYOYO’s words. Its own 2023 half-year report says 62% of its annual recurring revenue in June 2023 was usage-based commission on orders and 38% fixed subscriptions, mainly POS and marketing.

The straight answers.
What takeaway owners ask us when they are comparing OrderYOYO, answered from the published pages.
The maths: a commission against a flat fee
A commission is a percentage of every order, so the bill rises in step with your sales. A flat fee stays the same whether you take £500 or £15,000 a month. We cannot tell you OrderYOYO’s rate because it is not published, but you can read your own off a weekly invoice: divide the commission charged by your order revenue for that week. If a month’s commission comes to more than £30 to £50, every pound above that is the price of the percentage model. Run your numbers in the savings calculator.
When OrderYOYO is the better fit
If you want to pay nothing until orders arrive, want someone else to run your Google Ads and SMS, and your volume is small enough that a percentage costs less than a flat fee, OrderYOYO’s model suits that stage. Once orders are steady, a flat published fee is usually the cheaper and more predictable choice.
What to get in writing before signing with OrderYOYO
Your exact commission rate and how it changes with volume, the handling fee your customers will see at checkout, the card processing rate, the notice period, what happens to supplied devices and who owns your domain and customer list. None of these are published, so the agreement is the only place they exist.
OrderYOYO alternative: your questions.
OrderYOYO does not publish its commission rate. Its homepage on 15 October 2026 says only that the more orders you take, the less commission you pay, that nothing is charged until you receive orders, and that commission is calculated and invoiced weekly. The rate is not published, so ask for it in writing and ask how it changes as your volume changes.
According to its homepage, no: there are no charges until you start receiving orders. Its POS and marketing products are sold on fixed subscriptions (per the company’s own 2023 half-year report), with prices not published on the site.
It is a large, long-established provider with more than 16,000 restaurants on its own figures. Its Trustpilot TrustScore was 3.3 out of 5 from 1,316 reviews on 15 October 2026, with ratings split mainly between five stars and one star, so read recent reviews from UK takeaways yourself before deciding.
That depends on your volume. At very low volumes a commission can cost less than any subscription. Once orders are regular, Aexir’s Starter plan at £30 a month ex VAT, with your own app included, is the lowest published flat fee among the providers in the table above that include a branded app. Run your own numbers in the savings calculator at aexir.com/savings.
OrderYOYO does not publish its partner terms, notice period or cancellation process, so your signed agreement is the only source. Give notice in writing, keep a copy, ask for your menu and customer data, and confirm what happens to any supplied devices and your domain. Keep your Aexir app and website live before the OrderYOYO site is switched off so no orders are lost.
The bill. OrderYOYO charges a percentage of every order on a weekly invoice; Aexir charges a flat monthly fee at published prices (£30 to £50 ex VAT) plus a published card rate of 2.5% + 30p. Both give you a branded website and app. Aexir adds POS on the Go, per-branch delivery zones and courier dispatch, and rebuilds your menu for you at setup.
Aexir is a flat monthly fee at published prices: Web £30, Starter £30, Plus £40, Pro £50 a month ex VAT. Card payments go through Stripe at a published 2.5% + 30p per transaction. Additional locations are £1 a day each. There is no percentage of your menu prices.
Yes. The Aexir team rebuilds menus from existing ordering sites and marketplace listings at setup, including sizes, extras and photos, and checks prices with you before anything goes live. Typical go-live is under 30 days.
