Aexir is one platform, so the things restaurants usually stitch together from separate vendors, payments, couriers, push notifications, loyalty, a till, arrive already connected. Underneath, the platform integrates with the services below, and every one of them is included in the flat monthly fee.
Payments
Card payments are live on every plan from day one.
- Stripe: Card processing across the apps and ordering website, with weekly payouts to the restaurant’s own bank account.
- Apple Pay: One-tap checkout in the iOS app and on the ordering website.
- Google Pay: One-tap checkout on Android and the web.
- GoCardless: Direct Debit for subscription billing, so the monthly fee runs itself.
Delivery
Per-order courier dispatch without contracts or fleet management.
- Integrated courier networks (including Uber Direct): A driver is dispatched per order straight from the till, with driver details, live tracking links sent to the customer by text, and one-tap reassignment from the POS.
Apps & platforms
Distribution and messaging on the platforms customers already use.
- Apple App Store: Each restaurant’s own branded iOS app, published under its own name.
- Google Play: The matching branded Android app.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: Push notifications, including the promo broadcasts owners send from the POS.
- WhatsApp: Sales and support contact runs over WhatsApp, where customers and owners already are.
Hardware
Counter kit that works out of the box.
- Sunmi till hardware: The native POS runs on Sunmi Android till devices with integrated receipt printing.
- Receipt printing: Kitchen and counter receipts, with items grouped by menu section where wanted.
Data & infrastructure
The platform underneath, managed entirely by Aexir.
- Google Firebase & Google Cloud: Realtime menus, orders and hosting, so a price change reaches the app, website and till in seconds.
- UK postcode data (postcodes.io): Branch geocoding and delivery coverage from official UK postcode data.

- Menu import: We rebuild menus from your existing website or marketplace listings at onboarding, including GloriaFood exports, so launch day starts from a complete menu.
Why we don't list marketplace integrations
Aexir deliberately doesn't plug into Just Eat, Deliveroo or Uber Eats order flows: the whole point is giving a restaurant its own channel, alongside whatever marketplaces it keeps for discovery. Most restaurants run both, and our menu import makes moving your menu across a one-time, done-for-you job rather than an integration to maintain.
