The Aexir Web plan is a website built to take the order: your menu, your prices, delivery or collection, paid by card, straight to your till. The Aexir team builds the menu for you.
What the Web plan includes.
A branded ordering website
Your name, logo and colours at yourname.aexir.com. Customers browse your menu and order from any phone or laptop. No download, no account needed.
Delivery and collection
Customers pick delivery or collection at checkout. You set delivery zones, a minimum order and a service fee per branch. Partner couriers are dispatched per order from the till, with live tracking.
Card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay
Payments run through Stripe at the published rate of 2.5% + 30p per transaction. Card refunds are done from the till.
Menu management from POS on the Go
Change prices, photos, sizes and extras from the till in any browser. The website updates straight away. Hide a seasonal section with one switch, or put a section on a time and day schedule.
POS on the Go included
The till and back office in any browser. Live orders, stock counts, staff accounts, a sales dashboard with CSV export and per-branch settings.
Scheduled orders and offers
Customers can order ahead for a set time, with a kitchen alert when it is due. Run promo codes and offers from the till.

Web is the way in without an app. The app plans add a branded iOS and Android app, loyalty, QR table ordering and push notifications.
