If you run a UK restaurant or takeaway on GloriaFood and you move to Aexir before GloriaFood closes on 30 April 2027, take any plan on a 12-month term and your first three months are free. From month four you pay the published price for your plan: Web £30, Starter £30, Plus £40 or Pro £50 a month ex VAT. Setup, including rebuilding your menu for you, is included.

- The plan is taken on a 12-month term at the published price, and the 12 paid months start after the free months (months four to fifteen).
- If you cancel before the 12 paid months are complete, the three free months are charged at your plan’s published price (£90 ex VAT on Web or Starter, £120 on Plus, £150 on Pro).
- Setup is included, as it is for every Aexir restaurant: we rebuild your menu from whatever you can save and build your ordering system around it.
- The only paperwork is a screenshot of your GloriaFood admin or billing page showing your restaurant. One offer per restaurant.

Tell us you are on GloriaFood and which plan you want. We will ask for a screenshot of your GloriaFood admin page and your menu in whatever form you have it (a spreadsheet, a PDF or photos).
We build your ordering system
Your menu, sizes, options and prices are built in from what you send. You review everything before it goes live. Most restaurants are live in under 30 days.
Three months free, then the published price
Months one to three are £0. From month four you pay your plan’s published price for the 12-month term. Run GloriaFood alongside until you are ready to switch it off.
What replaces GloriaFood.
GloriaFood was an ordering form on your website. Every Aexir plan is a whole direct channel under your name; the app plans add your own iOS and Android app.

Hosted for you, with delivery and collection, card payments through Stripe with Apple Pay and Google Pay, order tracking and scheduled orders. On Web, Plus and Pro.
Your own app
iOS and Android apps under your restaurant’s name, with ordering, tracking and loyalty built in. On Starter, Plus and Pro.
POS on the Go
A full till and back office in any browser: live menu changes, stock counts, refunds, order history and a sales dashboard with CSV export. On Web and Pro.
Delivery per order
Courier dispatch through integrated networks including Uber Direct, or your own drivers, with live tracking for the customer.
Loyalty, offers and push
Stamp tiers, points, promo codes and push notification campaigns you send yourself.

We build your menu from whatever you can save, a spreadsheet, a PDF or photos, with every size, option and price, and you review it before launch.

There is no permanently free Aexir plan; a flat published fee is the point, because GloriaFood is what a free platform looks like when it ends.
