Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and browser-storage entries. We split them into two groups so you can choose what you are comfortable with.

• Essential: set by Firebase Authentication when you sign in to the client portal, and a single localStorage entry (aexir-cookie-consent) that remembers your choice on this banner. These are required for the site to function and are used under legitimate interest.
• Optional: set by our chat helper widget (estate-agent-chatbot.vercel.app) when you accept all cookies. This widget lets you ask questions without filling in a form. If you decline, the widget is not loaded and no widget cookies are set.
• We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes we will update this policy and ask for fresh consent.
• You can change your choice at any time from the "Manage cookie preferences" control at the top of this page.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
