Your own ordering app, on the App Store and Google Play
A restaurant ordering app is a customer app, under your restaurant’s name, that takes delivery and collection orders paid by card. Aexir builds yours for iOS and Android and publishes it to the stores. From £30 a month ex VAT, a flat monthly fee at published prices.

On a marketplace, your customers open someone else’s app and find you somewhere in a list. With your own app they open yours: your name on the icon, your menu, your prices, and an order that lands on your till. Aexir builds the app, publishes it under your name and keeps it updated, for a flat monthly fee at published prices. We are now live in France as well as the UK.
What does the app do?
Your name on the App Store and Google Play
Your name, logo and colours on the icon and inside the app. Customers see your brand, not ours. The app is included on the Starter, Plus and Pro plans.
Delivery, collection and order-ahead
Customers pick delivery or collection, or schedule an order for later: it waits in the kitchen queue and flips urgent 30 minutes before it is due. One live menu, shared with your website and your till, so a price change reaches all three at once.
Card payments through Stripe
Apple Pay, Google Pay and card at checkout, at the published rate of 2.5% + 30p per transaction. Weekly payouts go to your own bank account.
Delivery by partner couriers, dispatched per order
When a delivery order comes in, a partner courier is dispatched per order from the till, with driver details, a live tracking link texted to the customer and one-tap reassignment. Charged per delivery on top of the subscription. Aexir does not run its own drivers.
Loyalty stamps and points
Stamp tiers and points credited automatically on every paid order, with nothing to scan: 1 point per £1 spent, and 100 points to spend as £1. Percentage and spend-based promo codes on every plan.
Push notifications
Send an offer straight to the phone of every app customer, with no ad spend: a quiet Tuesday, a new dish, stock to move. On Pro, campaigns are sent from the till.
QR table ordering
A code on the table: the customer scans, opens your app, orders and pays without waiting for a waiter. No extra hardware.
A till to run it from
Starter and Plus include the Mini POS native till app with Bluetooth receipt printing. Pro adds POS on the Go: the till and back office in any browser, with a sales dashboard and CSV export. Either way, customers follow their order live in the app.
How do I get my own app?
Fill in the form: your business, your menu and your branding. It takes about 10 minutes.
A dedicated handler is assigned to your account within 24 hours: one point of contact, on email and WhatsApp.
We build your iOS and Android app over about 2 to 3 weeks: your colours, logo and name, the menu configured from what you send (we rebuild it from your website or marketplace listing), and the store listing prepared.
You preview the whole app and we make revisions until you are happy. Then we publish it on the App Store and Google Play under your name.
After launch, menu changes, software updates and email support are included. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
What does a restaurant ordering app cost?
Starter £30 a month: your branded iOS and Android app with the Mini POS till. Plus £40: the app and your ordering website. Pro £50: app, website and POS on the Go. All ex VAT, a flat monthly fee at published prices. Card payments go through Stripe at 2.5% + 30p per transaction. Partner courier delivery is charged per delivery if you use it. Additional locations are £1 a day each.
The Web plan (£30 a month) is the ordering website and POS on the Go without an app. The developer account options for publishing are on the pricing page.
How does the app fit with the website and the till?
The app is one of three pieces. The ordering website at yourname.aexir.com takes orders from customers who would rather not download anything, and the till is where every order from both lands. The plan decides which pieces you get.

Why not build an app with an agency or an app builder?
An agency builds you an app and hands it over. An app builder gives you a template to fill in. Either way, the payments, the couriers, the till and the store accounts are still yours to arrange, and every iOS and Android update after launch is yours to pay for or do yourself.
| Agency or app builder | Aexir | |
|---|---|---|
| Who builds it | An agency to your brief, or you from a template | The Aexir team, from your menu and branding |
| What is live at launch | An app; ordering, payments and delivery are separate jobs | App, card checkout, partner courier dispatch, loyalty, push and a till, already connected |
| Store accounts and review | You open Apple and Google developer accounts and handle review | Aexir submits and publishes the app under your name |
| Orders to the kitchen | Needs a till integration or a separate system | Straight to the Mini POS or POS on the Go and your printer |
| Updates after launch | Quoted per change, or your own work, with each iOS and Android release | Included: every update rolls out to your app |
| Price | Quoted per project or per plan; varies by provider | £30 to £50 a month ex VAT, published |
Agencies and app builders are described in general terms; no third-party prices are quoted here. Check any provider’s current quote or plans before you compare.

Common questions.
A restaurant ordering app is a customer app, published under the restaurant’s own name, that takes delivery and collection orders and payment, instead of a marketplace app that lists many restaurants. With Aexir, the app carries your name, logo and menu, orders land on your till, and the customer list is yours. It is included on the Starter, Plus and Pro plans.
With Aexir, the app is £30 a month ex VAT on Starter, £40 on Plus with the ordering website, and £50 on Pro with the website and POS on the Go, a flat monthly fee at published prices. Card payments go through Stripe at 2.5% + 30p per transaction, partner courier delivery is charged per delivery if you use it, and additional locations are £1 a day each.
Under your name: your restaurant’s name, logo and colours appear on the App Store and Google Play, and customers see your brand, not ours. Aexir handles the submission and publishing. The app can sit under Aexir’s developer account or your own Apple and Google accounts; both options are on the pricing page.
Delivery is by partner couriers, dispatched per order from the till when a delivery order comes in, with driver details, a live tracking link texted to the customer and one-tap reassignment. It is charged per delivery on top of the subscription. Aexir does not run its own drivers; if you have your own driver you can hand the order to them, and collection orders need no courier at all.
The build takes about 2 to 3 weeks once your handler is assigned, then you preview the app, we make revisions and publish it. Before that, the form takes about 10 minutes and a dedicated handler is assigned within 24 hours. Most of the work is ours; yours is the form, your menu and your branding.
