How it works.
Give us your full menu, including starters, mains, sides, deals, and any specials. We format everything for the app, including allergen flags if needed.
We build your branded app with your restaurant name, logo, and colour scheme. You review the menu and design before anything goes live.
Your app is submitted to the App Store and Google Play. We also set up an online ordering page under your own domain for browser-based orders.
Orders come through in real time to your kitchen. You manage fulfilment as normal. All order history and customer data sits in your Aexir dashboard.

Common questions.
Aexir charges a flat monthly fee from around £30/month, roughly £1/day. Just Eat takes a percentage commission per order, typically 14% to 18% for marketplace orders plus payment fees. On a busy week, the difference can be hundreds of pounds.
Yes, your app is a separate download with your branding. To ease adoption, we provide QR codes for tables and packaging, plus a first-order incentive you can offer through the app.
Yes, there is no exclusivity. Most curry houses run both in parallel initially, then shift marketing to the app as the customer base grows.
Yes. Each menu item has a field for allergen notes. You can list the 14 major allergens per dish, and customers can see them before ordering.
