No. Aexir has no delivery fleet. You can deliver with your own drivers; the till does not assign drivers. In the UK, partner courier delivery can also be dispatched per order from the till when an order comes in, and it is charged per delivery on top of your subscription if you use it.
Payments run on Stripe with Apple Pay and Google Pay built in; in the UK, deliveries can be dispatched through integrated national courier networks including Uber Direct; apps ship on the App Store and Google Play with Firebase Cloud Messaging push; the native till runs on Sunmi hardware with integrated receipt printing; the platform runs on Google Firebase with official UK postcode data; and subscription billing runs on GoCardless Direct Debit. What you pay on top of the monthly fee is published: card payments at 2.5% + 30p per transaction through Stripe, which includes a 1% + 10p Aexir platform contribution; partner courier delivery (UK), charged per delivery if you use it; additional locations at £1 a day each; the ordering website on Starter at £10 a month ex VAT; and, on app plans, the app store developer account (£30 a year through Aexir, or about £130 a year paid to Apple and Google for your own accounts). Yes. Aexir runs alongside Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats. It is not connected to them, so marketplace orders stay on the marketplace tablets and orders through your own app and website come into Aexir. You can keep the marketplaces for reach while you point regulars at your own app.
Most restaurants are live within 30 days. You provide your branding, menu, and colours. We build and submit the app. We handle the app store process and keep you updated at every step.
Web and Starter are £30 a month ex VAT, Plus is £40 and Pro is £50, a flat monthly fee at published prices. Card payments are 2.5% + 30p per transaction through Stripe, and each additional location is £1 a day.
