Common questions.
Yes. You set the capacity per time slot, so you never get ten orders all landing at the same moment. The app shows customers only available slots and closes full ones automatically.
Open the Aexir dashboard on any phone or tablet and toggle the item off. It disappears from the menu immediately. Any pending orders that included it will flag for your attention.
No. There is no requirement to use other platforms. Many chippies run Aexir as their primary ordering channel and have reduced or closed their Deliveroo listings as their own app user base grew.
Aexir is a monthly subscription with no long-term lock-in. If it is not working for you, you can cancel. We think you will stay, but we do not need a contract to prove it.
