Online ordering

An online ordering system your customers order from directly

Your own website and app, with the till to run them. Orders go straight to your kitchen. A flat monthly fee at published prices, from £30 a month ex VAT.

Branded restaurant ordering app and website built by Aexir

A marketplace listing puts you on someone else’s app, next to every other takeaway in town. An online ordering system of your own puts your menu on your website and your app, under your name, with orders going to your till and your customer list staying yours. Aexir builds it, hosts it and supports it for a flat monthly fee at published prices.

How direct ordering works.

Ordering website

A branded site at yourname.aexir.com. No download. Delivery, collection and card checkout with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Included on the Web, Plus and Pro plans.

Branded iOS and Android app

Your name and logo on the App Store and Google Play, on the Starter, Plus and Pro plans. Customers follow their order live in the app.

POS on the Go

The till and back office in any browser, on Web and Pro. Live orders, menu, stock, refunds, staff accounts and a sales dashboard. Starter and Plus come with the native Mini POS till.

Delivery by partner couriers, collection built in

When a delivery order comes in, a partner courier is dispatched per order from the till, with live tracking and one-tap reassignment. Delivery is charged per delivery on top of the subscription. Collection orders need no courier at all.

Loyalty and offers

Stamps and points on the app plans, so regulars have a reason to order from you again. Promo codes and offers on every plan, run from the till.

Push notifications

Send an offer to every app customer in seconds, on a quiet night or when stock needs moving. On Pro, campaigns are sent straight from the till.

One live menu

Change a price or hide an item once. The website, the app and the till update together. Stock counts take an item off automatically when it runs out.

Your customers, your numbers

How it is set up.

1

Pick a plan: Web, Starter, Plus or Pro. Not sure which? Book a callback and we will go through it.

2

Send your menu as a PDF, a photo or a link. The Aexir team builds it, with sizes, extras and deals.

3

We set up your website and, on the app plans, submit your app to the App Store and Google Play under your brand.

4

Orders arrive on your till. You cook, a partner courier delivers or the customer collects, and the sale is yours.

Compared with a marketplace listing.

Marketplaces bring traffic and take a percentage of every order. Direct ordering is a flat monthly fee at published prices. Most restaurants run both while regulars move across.

Who it is for.

Aexir is built for independent restaurants and takeaways. See how direct ordering works for your kind of kitchen.

Common questions.

Your menu sits on your own website and, on the app plans, your own iOS and Android app. A customer picks delivery or collection, pays by card, and the order lands on your till: POS on the Go in any browser, or the Mini POS till app. You accept it, the kitchen gets the ticket, and for delivery a partner courier is dispatched per order from the till.

Aexir is £30, £40 or £50 a month ex VAT depending on the plan: Web (£30) for a website with POS on the Go, Starter (£30) for your own app, Plus (£40) for app and website, and Pro (£50) for app, website and POS on the Go. Card payments go through Stripe at 2.5% + 30p per transaction, partner courier delivery is charged per delivery if you use it, and additional locations are £1 a day each.

Aexir does not run its own drivers. Delivery is fulfilled by partner couriers, dispatched per order from the till as the order comes in, with live tracking. It is charged per delivery on top of your subscription. If you have your own driver, you can hand the order to them instead, and collection orders need no courier at all.

Yes. Aexir does not connect to the marketplaces; it is your own direct channel, run alongside whatever listings you keep. Most restaurants keep a marketplace for new customers and move regulars to direct ordering over time.

A website is enough to start. The Web plan is a branded ordering website with POS on the Go for £30 a month ex VAT. The app plans add a branded iOS and Android app, loyalty, QR table ordering and push notifications, and you can move up any time with the same menu.
