The QR menu maker

Type your menu once and get a scan-to-view QR code, a printable poster, table cards and one shareable link. Built in your browser: no account, no subscription, and your menu never touches a server.

Type the menu once, print it forever

The menu is packed into the link itself, so there is no account and nothing you type is sent anywhere. When a price changes, edit it here and print again: the posters you already printed keep working, because the code on them is the menu.

Want customers ordering from this menu, not just reading it?

A branded ordering site and app is the part we build. Leave a number and someone will talk it through.

1

Type or paste the menu

Sections, dishes, prices. Paste the whole thing and lines ending in a price become dishes.

2

Print the sheets

An A4 menu with the code on it, a window poster and A5 table cards, print-ready.

3

Share one link

The same menu lives at one link for WhatsApp, Instagram and your Google listing.

Why the menu lives in the link

Most QR menu services park your menu on their server and rent you the privilege: a monthly fee to keep the code alive, a watermark on the free tier, and a dead link the month you stop paying. This one works differently. The menu is compressed into the link itself, so there is nothing to host, nothing to expire and nothing to unsubscribe from: the code you print carries its own menu with it.

While the menu is in front of you, two other free tools earn their keep. The food cost calculator shows which dishes actually earn their place, and the allergen matrix maker turns the same menu into the 14-allergen chart inspectors ask for. If the point of the QR code is getting customers to order from you rather than a marketplace, the order direct print kit prints the posters and bag stickers for that, and the commission calculator shows what a year of marketplace orders costs a shop your size.

The menu maker is free whether or not you ever speak to us. If you want the scan to end in an order rather than a read, that is the part we build: a branded ordering website and app for a flat monthly fee at published prices. See what it costs or read how setup works.

Questions about QR menus.

Where the menu lives, what it costs and what the code can do.

Yes. There is no account, no trial that expires, no watermark you pay to remove and no limit on reprints. The sheets carry one small credit line saying where the menu was made, the same way a free tool from anyone honest does. We build branded ordering apps for a living, and this tool is free because owners who like it sometimes go on to want the ordering part too.

Inside the link itself. The menu you type is compressed and packed into the part of the web address after the # symbol, which browsers keep on the device rather than send to a server. That is why there is no account: there is no database row to protect, no login to forget, and nothing for us to lose. A copy is also saved in your own browser so you can come back and edit. The practical trade-off is that the link is long, which is why the QR code does the remembering for your customers.

Edit the dish and print again. The new printout carries a new code with the new menu in it. Codes you printed earlier keep showing the menu as it was when you printed them, because the menu lives in the code itself, so it is worth replacing the old sheets when prices move. Most shops put the poster in the window and the cards on tables, and swapping those takes a minute.

This tool makes a menu customers can read, not an ordering system. For scan-to-order at the table, or a branded app and website where regulars reorder in a few taps, that is the product Aexir builds: QR table ordering, delivery, loyalty and push notifications, for a flat monthly fee at published prices. The menu maker stays free either way.

The code grows with your menu, and the tool sizes it so the printed squares never get too small to scan: a short menu prints as a coarse, forgiving code, a long one prints bigger. Phones scan the poster from a couple of metres away. You can also scan the on-screen preview directly to test it before printing anything.

Do that too, nothing beats paper on the counter. The QR version earns its keep everywhere paper cannot go: the shop window after closing, your Google Business listing, the WhatsApp message a customer forwards to the group deciding what to eat. One link, always the current menu, and you never pay a designer to move a price by 50p.

Make the scan end in an order.
