Developer account

Needed to publish your app to the App Store and Google Play. Choose the option that suits you.

Recommended for most. We manage the developer account, your app is published under our account. Faster to go live, typically saves 1–2 weeks (and admin for you) vs setting up your own. £30/year covers our admin cost for your setup.
Full independence. You set up your own Apple & Google developer accounts (£99/yr Apple + ~$25 one-off Google). You own everything outright. Slightly longer setup. We'll guide you through every step.

Hardware

Not every customer wants to download an app. Your branded website lets anyone order directly from a browser no account, no download, just quick and easy ordering. All orders feed straight into your POS and dashboard. Hosted at yourname.aexir.com.

Additional Locations
+£1/day per location
Running more than one branch? Each additional location gets its own menu, ordering flow, and reporting all managed from one place. Same flat rate as your core subscription.
2 locations = ~£2/day total · 3 locations = ~£3/day total · and so on. Get in touch to confirm pricing for your setup.
What's included

Built for profit: not commission

No per-order percentage commission. Payments are processed via Stripe at 1.5% + 30p per transaction, 10p of which is a small Aexir platform fee, the remainder to Stripe. Server usage is typically minimal and covered within free limits.

Platform costs

Server costs are covered up to free usage limits on Firebase (Google). If you go beyond free limits, additional server costs are typically small and scale with usage.

Note: usage is subject to Firebase free limits and your app activity. We'll flag if this looks likely to apply to you.

Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe at 1.5% + 30p per transaction. Of the 30p, 10p is a small Aexir platform fee the rest goes to Stripe for payment processing. No percentage commission on your order value.

We handle the Stripe integration for you and can advise on best practices to maximise conversion.

Is pricing really from £1/day?

Yes the subscription starts from £1/day. Exact pricing depends on the number of locations and your requirements. Get in touch and we'll give you a specific number.

Are there commissions on orders?

No percentage commission on orders. Payments are processed via Stripe at 1.5% + 30p per transaction. Of the 30p, 10p is a small Aexir platform fee and the rest covers Stripe's payment processing. You keep your full order margin.

What's the developer account fee?

To publish your app to the App Store and Google Play, a developer account is required. You can use ours for £30/year faster setup, we handle the admin. Or set up your own accounts for full independence (approx. £130/year total). We'll advise which is right for you.

Do I need to buy hardware?

Not necessarily. If you already have a compatible Android tablet and a Bluetooth receipt printer, you're good to go at no extra cost. If you do need hardware, it's usually around £199 we'll confirm exactly what's needed on your setup call.

What is the branded website add-on?

For just 17p a day (£5/month) we host a fully branded ordering website at yourname.aexir.com ideal for customers who prefer not to download an app. No accounts, no friction, just quick ordering. All orders feed straight into your POS and dashboard alongside app orders. Loyalty is app-only for now. It's fully optional.
